The taste was very good. The muffins were actually quite dense, however, not light & airy. I had to seriously adjust the glaze, although I followed the amounts given exactly, because it was so watery.

My Dad was a baker and he always told me not to over-mix my muffins or cupcakes. He said it caused them to have pointed tops. It always works for me. I am curious and will try the higher temperature for the first 10 minutes of baking. I enjoy your recipes!
