My son requested brownies for his birthday, rather than a cake. Naturally I wanted to make special brownies and this recipe did not disappoint. Wow! These were absolutely amazing. Somehow the cheesecake provides just the perfect zing to complement the richness of the brownies. I did have to bake longer than the recommended time (I really need to calibrate my oven!), but I just took it out every few minutes and did the toothpick test. These are stunners. My youngest son asked me if I can make these for him, too 😉

Absolutely delicious!! I made these because I just happen to have all the ingredients and wanted to make use of them!! Best idea ever! I saved this recipe almost immediately after tasting the brownies! Will be making these again for sure!

I cooked this and it is ‘super easy’ and yum. I used a processor for the cream chees topping and I’ll never do that again – it smoothes it too much.

Yd to mention in the instructions that we should lightly grease
the pan before putting in the parchment liner. It’s in the oven now, I hope it turns out as good as it sounds/

My son and I made these once. We made a mistake with the eggs but they still came out perfect. Would these be ok to make tonight for thanksgiving tomorrow? How would you store them?

I rarely leave reviews, but had to say this recipe was absolutely delicious. I just made these cheesecake brownies, and waited until they were cool but ” slightly” lukewarm to taste them.. Oh my, everyone needs this recipe. My grown son stopped by and devoured them They are the perfect brownie as we love cheesecake! Thank you for the recipe!
