Wonderful flavor in this meat and juices.
I did add about 1/3 jar of juice and 10 pepperoncini.
WOW! Great with ciabatta bread and broccoli salad.
Will make this one all the time.

I really liked this! I made it for guests, never having tried it before. When I shredded the beef, I tasted it and thought it needed a bit more salt. The beef was fairly tasteless without the relish topping, so I also put bowls of the flavorful “jus” near each plate so guests could dunk their sandwich in it. It was a hit!
