I love green beans! Going to try this recipe as well. I personally like to dice up really fine sone fresh garlic and onion and sauté it in a little olive oil. Then add the green beans stirring around a bit until desired tenderness.

I have been making these for years, but I steamed fresh beans then fried them. I think they are much better from a can rather than fresh, I also add worchestershire sauce to them and fry them
