So good! The dry brining and air frying gives the steaks a wonderful crispness on the outside and tenderness inside that I’ve only had one other time at an expensive/famous steakhouse. It was a new air fryer (cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer combo) so I was nervous about risking nice steak in an unproven appliance, but it turned out perfect with very little mess and no smoke or strong scent filling the house.

I fixed this tonight. It was yummy. I wanted a filling and yummy dinner because I have a medical procedure in the morning and I have to fast after midnight.

i just made this and it was absolutely delicious – especially with the compound butter! I don’t have a grill/barbecue and this air fryer recipe is so easy – will definitely make this again.
