Awesome recipe.
Just made this tonight.
We had 4 Country Ribs in a package, probably 3-4 lbs.
I could have double the rub mix but came out ok.
I cooked exactly as directed.
We put bbq sauce on 2, then broiled.
Kept 2 naked with just the rub
Both flavors were awesome, but I definitely recommend the BBQ then broil.
Served with garlic mashed taters.
Awesome supper!!

Very good recipe ribs are delicious. I did change one little thing actually it was bad one thing I put them under the broiler to kind of crisp them up then I put the barbecue sauce on and back under the broiler. Other than that recipe is perfect thank you for publishing

These are the best by far! Finally, my ribs came out tender and fall apart beautifully. I did reduce the salt by half though.
